Change of residential address

Residential address is a registered address at which a foreign national intends to reside during the course of an approved temporary residence in the Republic of Serbia, whilst the address is registered by submitting the application for temporary residence approval followed by the written consent of either a real estate owner or a person authorized by the owner.

A foreign national’s residential address shall be changed by the competent authority in whose territory a foreign national's new address is located by registering the change of a foreign national's residential address (Form 2).

PLEASE NOTE that a foreign national shall not change his/her residential address if short-term residence address is registered at another address for personal, business or other reasons, and if such short-term residence address does not last for longer than 15 days.
